Short, playful lessons with you watching from the deck, or at the pool edge for a nervous 2-year-old. Semi-private toddlers are only ever paired with another toddler.

Toddler lessons FAQ
What age can my toddler start swimming lessons?
From age 2. Toddler lessons are short, playful and either private or semi-private with one other toddler, never a class. A parent watches from the deck seating a few metres away.
Do I get in the water with my toddler?
No, your instructor is in the water with your child for the whole lesson, and you watch from the deck. For a nervous 2- or 3-year-old you are welcome to sit right at the pool edge.
Can two toddlers share a lesson?
Yes. Siblings, cousins or friends aged 2–5 can share one semi-private time, each at $39.99 + HST per lesson, and the second toddler's first lesson is free. If you enroll one toddler on their own, we match them with another toddler.
What does a toddler learn?
Water comfort first, happy face-in-water, floats with support, kicking on the wall, safe entries and exits on the steps, then first strokes: independent floats, glides, flutter kick and rolling to breathe. Each skill is signed off on your progress page as it is mastered.
What should we bring?
A swimsuit and towel, plus a swim diaper if your toddler is not toilet-trained. Goggles are optional. Showers and change rooms are on site, and towels are provided for students.
When are toddler lessons?
Fall Season lessons run Sunday 12:00 – 3:00 PM and Monday to Thursday 5:00 – 8:00 PM at 5100 Satellite Drive, Mississauga. The season is 8 weeks; you pick 1, 2 or 3 weekly times and keep them for the season.
What if my toddler cries or hates the first lesson?
That happens, and it is why the guarantee exists. If you don't love your first lesson, tell us within 24 hours and we refund the whole season.
